ABOUT THE CREATIVE SOL
With the degree, Bachelors of Fine Arts, Jessica Montesano graduated from Pratt Institute in 2011. She has been working in communication design for the last thirteen years. Jessica is an experienced art director, illustrator and graphic designer who has worked in print, web and social. She began her career as a graphic designer and progressed to becoming an art director for brands like Arm & Hammer and Villeroy & Boch. Jessica’s art direction created industry-defining work across all media channels. She developed and managed photo shoots, and used her illustration skills to create compelling animated gifs. Her illustrations and designs have been on T-shirts in Urban Outfitters, TV, and billboards in Time Square.
Jessica has worked for many different types of companies, both big and small. She has worked in different environments and locations. Each of these experiences have taught her the importance of a hard work ethic, attention to detail and adaptability. She is constantly gathering research on new trends and seeking inspiration because she thrives on being able to create love and beauty for any organization she works for. Jessica believes in using change to her advantage by looking at every day as a new opportunity to learn. She loves what she does and is eager, friendly and passionate about sharing that with the world.
